I was sitting in an old church in a Western town, admiring its stained-glass windows and thinking about the artist who had created them decades earlier. It had been a cloudy day and, just as I was about to leave, the sun suddenly burst through the windows and filled the church with a bright, heavenly light.
Let me tell you — the transformation was magical.
The windows cast dapples of color across the few of us inside and onto the warm tan-colored walls. There were deep-sea blues, intense reds, springtime greens and sunset purples. I loved them all. In that moment, I knew I wanted to create a series of artworks using these very colors.
And so, Sacred Symmetry was born — a collection of stained-glass-inspired prints designed to bring the beauty, color and serenity of that unforgettable moment into your own surroundings.
Each work will have a calming influence on your environment, while adding a touch of color and quiet contemplation.
And all four together?
Well, that will be nothing short of divine.
