Shipping and Delivery

The safe delivery of your purchase is a priority. I take great care in preparing and packaging your artwork for shipping; therefore I expect damage to be rare. In the unlikely event that damage does occur, please take photos of the damaged artwork and send them to me at hello@marktraversart.com. I do not refund if damage is limited to the packaging.

Most pieces arrive within 14 days of purchase. Commissioned, made-to-order pieces, or any orders shipped outside of the continental United States may take longer. I’ll send you a tracking code a few days after your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Prints

For unframed paper prints, you have 30 days to return your purchase for a refund, starting from the day of purchase. Artwork must be returned in the same pristine condition you received it and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return postage and insurance. If you received complimentary shipping, I will deduct the cost I incurred to ship your product from your refunded amount. Note: I do not offer returns or refunds on framed prints, custom-sized prints, special-order / commissioned prints, or any product that is shipped to any location outside of the United States.

Other Merchandise

For all other merchandise, you have 30 days to return your purchase for a refund. It must be new, clean, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in its original pristine condition. You are responsible for return postage and insurance. If you received complimentary shipping, I will deduct the cost I incurred to ship your product from your refunded amount. Note: I do not offer returns or refunds on any product that is shipped to any location outside of the United States.

Notifications

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your purchase price, minus outbound shipping costs, will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 7 days for your credit card company to complete the refund.
